1. Run a half marathon
  2. Practice intermittent fasting
  3. Drink only the highest quality wines, beers and spirits
  4. Eat mostly a vegetarian diet
  5. Workout at least 3x per week
  6. Increase my reading of books
  7. Be more tolerant of mediocrity in others
  8. Strive for excellence in myself
  9. Less TV more beneficial work
  10. Put out quality content daily
