1. Make a big deal about it within your organization
  2. Give them a financial bonus
  3. Buy them a unique gift to make it clear you value their participation in the organization
  4. Take them to lunch/dinner
  5. Issue a press release that praises them publically
  6. Use them as an example for the rest of the organization
  7. Create a Chief Hospitality Officer role in the company
  8. Express to the whole organization that even if your business is B2B, that everything is B2C (Business to CUSTOMER)
  9. Create employee of the month program with real benefits
  10. Give them an extra paid vacation day to aknowledge that they have a home life too.
