1. Customized services that have all your favorites – water, snacks etc preset in the room
2. Bellman radios ahead so hotel staff greet you by name and have all things ready for you at check in
3. Newspapers and periodicals in your room daily based on personal selection
4. Bellman can check you in so process is sped along
5. Glass of wine or beer at check in with a small snack after long drive..
Especially if you have to wait on line for check in
6. No tipping rule so all bags are delivered to your room
7. No wait ever. All employees are authorized to grab a tablet and check you in so no reason to wait at the counter
8. A welcome basket of fruit and water in your room on arrival
9. Books, magazines and newspapers in room for relaxation
10. Toys or video games to occupy kids at check in.
